It really does make seems whats the point if you can't measure it. My 1st year in the Internet Marketing world I had what I thought were smart and really goals but I bought a little in to the hype and didn't hit a lot of them. This year will be a little different I am connecting with the right people and have some nice goals and strech goals that as long as I stick to my action plan everything should fall in to place. I'm not so sure that this isn't a good thing. The attitude you describe runs rampant throughout the United States too, but I think in Europe it would be looked down upon less than in the fast-paced "success" driven life of America.
