Very nice tribute! I can't imagine anyone who accomplished anything in this generation NOT being affected by Jim Rohn.
My recent post <a href="http://raisetheeup.com/2009/12/15/why-jesus-was-never-a-mass-marketer/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Why Jesus Was Never a Mass Marketer</a>

I think he was one of those men that are very well known in certain circles, but nobody had ever heard of him in others. I've always loved his stuff though, and you're right that his words will live on through his materials.

Thanks for sharing, I been listening to this type of stuff since I was 12, but somehow I never came across him. Now today I found him here and on Frank Kern site. Sad to here he is gone but his material and words will live on forever.

I featured one of his audio recordings on The Law of Sowing and Reaping last month. That is one of my favorites of his. I will be doing more with him and Zig Ziglar so if you keep reading you will see more of my favorites from them.

It's a nice tribute Brad - and although I'd never heard of Jim before, watching the videos just now shows he was obviously a highly charismatic and respected person who added a lot to the lives of those around him. I like his mentor's phrase "Go to work on yourself harder than you work on your job". Cheers, Will
